Rich's Gun Shop - Online Firearms Purchasing & Shipping Guide

1. Rich's WILL NOT ship any firearms (pistol, rifle, shotgun) to individuals, private residences, Post Office Boxes, or any unauthorized receiver.

2. Rich's will ONLY ship firearms to a valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder. We verify every license with the BATFE (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives) to ensure that it is current and valid.

3. Below are the steps you should take to purchase a firearm through our store.
     a. Add the firearm(s) to your cart.
     b. Add your receiving party's address in the "Shipping Address" field. Use your local gun shop, transfer agent, or FFL holder. Make sure to arrange the transfer & get clearance with them.
     c. Email, fax, or mail a copy of the receiver's FFL license. The copy must be signed, valid, and current.

     d. The shipping cost is automatically calculated to their location. When it arrives they will notify you and at that time it is your responsibility to complete the NICS background check.
