No, this isn’t just some “Cold Bluing” gig that just covers up a few nicks or small scratches. This is a full detailed Hot Bluing process that involves removing rust, pitting, etc. Once that’s all removed, the gunsmith polishes every inch for a smooth finish. After that, it’s dipped in our custom hot bluing tanks and then oiled. This is a very timely process and has been perfected by our gunsmiths for over 50 years!

All customers will be called the day work is completed on the firearm. Firearms not picked up within thirty (30) days of completion will be assessed a monthly storage fee for up to 3 months (90 days). If the firearm is not picked up within 90 days from date of completion, the firearm will be considered abandoned and will become property of Rich’s Gun Shop. Our standard storage fee is $50 per gun. This fee helps to cover increased insurance costs while your gun is being stored at the shop.
