Rich's Gun Shop is owned and operated by Lee Richeson, and is located in the historic town of Donald, Oregon. Founded in 1963 by Lee's father Al ("Rich" to his friends) Richeson, Rich's continues the tradition of quality service that our customers have come to expect over the years.

At 13 years old, Rich's son Lee started his apprenticeship under the master gunsmith. Sanding and refinishing gunstocks, learning the many steps involved in blueing, and cleaning the shop was the humble beginning of the Rich's Gun Shop that we are today.

The shop in Donald has been a project over several years as Lee wanted to see his dream come to life. Completely stripped, gutted, and remodeled, the building originally started as a machine shop before he acquired it. Now it's like you're stepping back in time into a John Wayne film. From the outside of the shop with a hitching post for your horse, to the Ole Chisolm Trail Mine, seeing the gun shop is truly a unique experience.

We have two full-time gunsmiths and sales professionals to help you get geared up, repaired, accessorized, and outdoors!

So stop in and visit, and we are always glad to answer any questions you may have, take in work, and even create you a custom rifle!

Kase Larson is one of our gunsmiths here at Rich's, he is an avid coyote and predator hunter and outdoorsman. Kase is an expert on "black rifles" and will gladly set up a varmint, target, or battle rifle to fit your needs.

Kyle Eisenbraun is our newest crew member here at Rich's. He has extensive military firearms knowledge, as well as a deep historical background in many types of firearms, and brings an amazing knowledge and wealth of information to our shop.
